From the heart of Emilia Romagna, this coop in Modena has been focused on quality since 1920 to bring you this exemplary Lambrusco that bursts with ripe black cherry, wild blackberry, complemented by floral hints and a touch of baking spice. Enjoy this friendly bubbly red with a full chill.)
LIBERTINE BLANC DE NOIR 🐰 (Direct press perfectly ripe Gamay to make a "mango smoothie, big honking heirloom tomato, tamarind, lime, pineapple tomatillo white wine {that finishes with} pure clean acid impeccably balanced with saline creaminess" - winemakers Alex and Veronica Neely)
AD BECKHAM AMPHORA BLANC 🐰 (From the man who makes his own amphora, he threw 10 white varietals in this one to co-ferment into a delightfully crisp, salty, minerally, pure, silky white with great acid. Charcuterie, anyone?)
LA GERLA SANGIOVESE 🐰 (La Gerla, in Italian, means a wood basket used to during harvest to collect grapes. This impressive Sangiovese showcases their methodology of hand picked and selected, old vine, all brunello classified grapes from multiple crus in a simple table wine. Need I say more?)
DURIN ROSSESE 🐰 (100% Rossese from Liguria, between the sea and the Alps, Durin has utmost sustainable and renewable practices while devoting their time to cleaning streams and canals for environmental cleanliness so they don't have to intervene in their vineyards. This wine is ample in fruit on the nose, medium bodied, yet dry and rich on the palate leaving you with gentle tannins and a pleasantly warm feeling.)
PODERE RUGGERI CORSINI DOLCETTO D'ALBA 🐰 (A family estate with the utmost sustainable and eco-friendly practices that aims at making fresh and easy drinking Piedmontese reds. You'll find exactly that in this Dolcetto d'Alba. It's hard to choose which of their classic wines to showcase, but a lip-smacking, true to form Dolcetto is always a pleasure to come by!)
