This Cabernet Franc is a great example of the wild nature of the Gorge, with notes of red plum, cherry, and roasted red bell peppers. Aromas of wildflowers and woodsmoke linger on the finish. This wine is softly structured with the balance of bright, yet developed fruit & floral character. Bright Light Vineyard is a very special site just outside of Mosier, Oregon that exemplifies the significance of the Missoula Floods in high quality vineyards of the northwest. This wine was aged 12 months on the lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
