Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, this olive oil is extracted using cold pressing in order to maintain the natural beneficial properties and distinctions of Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as a low acidity (0,5), extremely balanced flavor, a distinctive aroma and a very high nutritional value.
