Sometimes known as Guindillas la Vasca, Matiz Piparra Peppers are a traditional long green pepper from the Basque Country of Spain. Packed in vinegar, they're a tangy, slightly sweet treat with just a mild hint of spice. Piparras are a wonderful accompaniment to Bonito tuna or smoked fish. They make a great tapas item, simply served with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. They are also the perfect Martini or Bloody Mary stirrer. Delicious!
